A quick and light meal enjoyed by conference participants. Served most often during lunch hours. It is an indispensable element of every serious conference. Most often, it takes the form of a self-service buffet or a buffet. Each conference participant can eat whatever they want. The menu includes meat and vegetarian dishes. Each element is signed in Polish or English with the indication of allergens.

Buffet lunch

Each conference agenda includes time for a coffee break and a lunch break. Event participants need to stretch their legs, freshen up and eat a nutritious meal. In this case, the appropriate selection of the menu and a convenient form of serving are important. We know from experience that a buffet lunch is the optimal solution. Hot dishes are placed in warmers and cold dishes are placed on the tables. Each participant can compose their own meal. If the importance of the event requires waiter and cook service, we can also provide it.

Each conference is unique and so should the menu. Tasty, adapted to the dietary needs, allergies and individual dietary preferences of participants. Our menu includes vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. Lunch dishes are filled with a wealth of flavors and inspirations from various cuisines around the world. The menu includes both traditional dishes and light, healthy options. There is no shortage of salads and cold snacks.
