We will meet at our headquarters at ul. Bernardyńska 3. Participants of the study visit will have the opportunity to meet our employees, without whom the company could not exist. They will learn what the Social Economy is and why it is worth co-creating it. The study visit schedule will include lectures given by a qualified and experienced employee who is the founder of the Cooperative. We will tell you how it all started and what challenges we face. What problems do we encounter and what should we pay special attention to when setting up a similar company? During the visit, which is of a practical nature, participants will learn about the process of creating the Equality Social Cooperative.

Our catering is a social enterprise that creates jobs for disabled, mentally ill and socially excluded people. We are not profit-oriented but guided by the idea of social inclusion. We combine the features of an enterprise and a non-governmental organization. Study visits are aimed at:
- encouraging new people and institutions to engage in various forms of activity of social economy entities
- encouraging representatives of institutions and people to support social economy entities and buy their goods and services
- presentation of good practices in the creation and operation of social enterprises, their development and the use of EU funds
- broadening horizons, developing integration and establishing professional contacts
